what's better....?

a hot coffee and a "big brekky" on a cold morning in cocoa bar, or a swim at Newport beach on a hot day followed by a gelato at the cocoa bar?  We're becoming the new owners of cocoa bar, Newport and despite it being very exciting, it's also very scary as well.  Any comments welcomed....
